On receipt of the holding deposit and administrative fee from the successful applicant/s we will cease to advertise the property and references will be followed up and credit checks carried out. In the event of unsatisfactory references or a change of mind on the part of the applicant/s the holding deposit and administration fee is non-returnable. If the property becomes unavailable the holding deposit and administration fee will be returned to the applicant.
