Newberry Tully have let and managed properties in Seaford since 1987. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors they are committed to the ethical approach of the RICS and follows their regulations for holding clients' money, which includes consumer protection.
Newberry Tully Estates look after a portfolio of properties ranging from granny annexes to detached houses and we have an excellent relationship both with tenants and landlords. As a result, most lettings are remarkably hassle free.
"Newberry Tully were friendly and approachable, but always professional. They were excellent at keeping us informed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them most highly." - Brenda & Trevor Gomersal
On receipt of the holding deposit and administrative fee from the successful applicant/s we will cease to advertise the property and references will be followed up and credit checks carried out. In the event of unsatisfactory references or a change of mind on the part of the applicant/s the holding deposit and administration fee is non-returnable. If the property becomes unavailable the holding deposit and administration fee will be returned to the applicant.
At the beginning of a tenancy the tenant will be asked to pay the deposit plus one month's rent in advance.
