Stephen Newberry
Stephen Newberry is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (the only one practising as an estate agent in Seaford). He has been an estate agent since 1971 and opened this office in 1987. He focuses on the letting side of the business.
Away from estate agency, other interests have included the cinema – Stephen founded Seaford Film Society; amateur dramatics – he appeared on stage at Seaford Little Theatre for many years. His swansong was as an Alan Bennett type in Talking Heads. And he runs his own acapella singing group.
Andrew Tully
Andrew Tully lives in Seaford and runs the sales side of the business. He has worked with Stephen for fourteen years. Before his career in estate agency, Andrew worked for 10 years in the corporate finance department at East Sussex County Council. He lives in Seaford with his family and in his spare time enjoys running, writing and recording electronic music in his home studio and gardening.
Jeanne Peterson
Jeanne Peterson (office manager) moved to Seaford from Brighton in 1993 with her young family. In her spare time Jeanne enjoys gardening, films, cooking and walking.
Sarah Reed
Sarah Reed has lived in Seaford since 1985. She has worked at Newberry Tully since September 2019. Her main area of responsibility is to support Andrew Tully in sales. Before joining the business Sarah worked in the Public Sector. Sarah enjoys reading, walking the family dog and (prior to covid restrictions) socialising with her family and friends.
